If you reach our Customer Care team after hours, please follow the menu prompts to ensure that your call is correctly routed to the team based on the severity of your concern.
For a Non-Emergency
If your call can be returned during regular business hours and you would like to leave a message for our Customer Care team, please press one (1). After the tone, please leave your message including your name, company or community name, telephone number, and a brief description of your concern. Your call will be returned by a member of our Customer Care team during normal business hours.
For an Emergency
If the matter is an emergency and requires assistance from a member of our After-Hours On-Call Team, please press two (2). Our After Hours On-Call Team is equipped to assist you with the following kinds of emergencies:
- You are unable to access your Answer Automation, Call Tracker, or Zip Digital account
- You need to report a service outage with your Answer Automation, Call Tracker, or Zip Digital service
- You require assistance with changing your Answer Automation emergency contact list
- You require assistance with a special greeting change to your Answer Automation service (e.g. a power outage or water leak)
- You need to report that your Answer Automation service is not working properly or you are unable to forward your office phones to the answering service
After the tone, please leave your emergency message including your name, company or community name, a telephone number where you can be reached for the next 30 minutes, and a brief description of your concern. Your call will be returned by a member of our after hours on-call team as soon as possible.
- Only Emergency messages left in emergency voicemail (Option 2) that meet the aforementioned emergency criteria will be addressed by the After Hours On-Call Team. All other messages will be returned during normal business hours.
- Emergency concerns emailed to Customer Care (including, but not limited to: firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org) will not be addressed after hours and will be returned during regular business hours.
