Should you log in to Call List and Scheduler and see a notification that “Message notification is currently off, please contact Planet Telecom for activation,” check to see if you logged into your General Mailbox noted “GEN”.
If you are logged into the General Mailbox, no worries, message notification is turned off on this mailbox by default as it emails messages to the email address(es) registered to the Answer Automation account.
If you are logged into to your Emergency (“EMG”), Courtesy Officer (“CO”) or other custom mailbox and you see this message, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-INDATUS.
